    Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

    Shipping Methods: Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Arrowearth provides low cost shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS. ** In order to satisfy our customer needs we will provide expedited shipping upon request and agreement of customer to pay additional charges.

    Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
     


  3. RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:

    We recently changed the Return policy at arrowearth to be more customer friendly and to insure that our customers get what they paid for GUARANTEED!!!

    Please read the below policy, our return policy is strictly enforced for us to continue bringing you savings on our fine products here at arrowearth.

    Manufacturers Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at arrowearth.com within 3 business days of receipt for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. 100% credit and freight will be allowed on Manufacturer's defects ONLY!

    Other Returns: Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from customer service. You have 30 days from receipt of product to receive a refund. You must email the refund request to Customer Service Department @arrowearth.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field) and reason for return in the body of email, at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. The return Authorization Number provided by Customer service should appear on all cartons being returned. Merchandise shipped without a Return Authorization Number or shipped freight collect will be refused. If return is made after the 30 days from receipt of product a 25% restocking fee will be added.

    Eligible Returns MUST:

    * BE IN RESELLABLE CONDITION (All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). * Original packaging. * Original invoice or receipt.

    Easy Guide for Returns:

    Return the item to the address given to you by our customer service department.

    Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on all of the boxes or package.

    Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
     


  4. REFUND POLICY:

    100% Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please see the above Return Merchandise Policy

    • 100% of the product cost will be refunded.
    • All Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be included in the refund.
    • Return Merchandise Policy must be met

    We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment in order to receive full refund.
    • Once an item has been shipped the customer should refer to the Return Merchandise Policy.
